So at the age of 11 1/2 years old Chester Cheetah Muffin has decided to inform me as to when he would like his litter box cleaned. He will yowl at the top of the stairs until I come up and take care of his "business". At first when he was doing it I was worried about an UTI or if he was going a little nutty. But nope, he just wants his litter box cleaned shortly after completing his "business".

What a stinker!!!

Well isn't he quite demanding! Mine will demand food, but I have yet to have any tell me when to clean the litter box. Maybe, like your Chester, it'll come with age.
