Hello, I haven't been on for a long time, but I thought I would give you and update on Kabuki, the stray my dog found last spring.

Well Kabuki has charmed her way into everyones heart. She has full run of the house and enjoys her dog companions.
here are some pics,

I am afraid she is overweight but now that she is a year old, we put her on a diet.

She's grown into a lovely cat even if she is a bit plump!!! Cut back on dry food and give her more wet... and lots of playtime exercise.

she stopped eating wet about 3 months ago, now she eats royal Canine. The wet food was the petsmart brand that was reccommended but she grew tired of it

You've done a wonderful job with her and she's grown into a beautiful cat! Try the Wellness brand of canned food or Taste of the Wild if you can find it in your area. If she wants just dry, switch her slowly to something that's grain free.

She is beautiful. I love the black paw/orange paw combo on her right side.

You can try reintroducing it. Also Authority (PS's house brand) has been reformulated. It has meat as the first ingredient now and the labels are black. it smells pretty good and my boys seem ok with it. The other suggestion would be Nutro wet. My boys like the turkey and giblets and the chicken and liver formulations. They have some rice in them as filler, but they are pretty decent wet foods. They also make a chunks n gravy that my guys like a lot if Kabuki will eat that style. That does have wheat gluten but they are not gloppy like some.... more like thickened broth.
