Jealous or alone time wanted?

Hi.. I have a 3 year old female (Silvia) that is very affectionate. She did something strange the other day and it's only happened twice.

Silvia was in the window looking outside and I just happened to come up behind her to take a peak outside. There was another cat outside just sitting there. The both of them must have been sitting there for about 10 or so minutes, but both was very quiet. When I came up to the window, Silvia starting rubbing up against the window, meowing and running back and forth. After about 30 seconds, she stood up and scratched me in the face. I think he only meant a slap, but its been about 2 weeks since I've clipped her nails.

What is this reaction?

Silvia is a completely indoor cat because I live in the city. I don't know if this is the reason.

Hello mommy, can I have your attention please?? She went from one side to another, ran back and forth, and nothing worked properly.... Must try the slapping on the face move!

Yep I got the warnings, but I'm wondering if this was a common issue. Most of the time she's fine, but twice she has gotten annoyed.
