I recently changed the background picture on my desktop. Now (occasionally) when I log on I get the "welcome Vista" screen, then instead of going to my desktop I just get a black screen with the curser. After playing with it a while, I just hit alt-control-delete and start over and sometimes I get my desktop o.k. I just changed the desktop background picture back to the one I originally had and "so far" it seems to be ok. Do you think it was just a problem with the picture I switched to? Any help would be appreciated.
