I VERY rarely cook, but when I do, I make a mean spagetti with whole wheat spagetti noodles and my homemade sauce, with ground chicken.

If I'm not cooking, I'm a Chinese food addict.
If I want to go for something healthy, we have Subway a LOT.

I love most meats and I especially love roasts. I love a pork roast with brown gravy with mashed potatoes and veggies. I learned to make the brown gravy from scratch from my x-husbands mother. She was a terrific cook. I also cannot give up prime ribs. When I go to a steak house prime ribs are what I usually order.

Chinese food!!!! I'd eat it every day if I wasn't watching my calories and didnt' care about overdosing on sodium... Sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, honey chicken, etc....

That is a really tough question for me. I am so in love with food!!!

For favourite comfort meals I would have to go with pork roast with roasted potatoes, carrots, onions, celery. Served with apple sauce.

I love that too! But I swell up like a puffer fish when I eat it because of all of the sodium in it. The food doesn't seem to taste all that salty, but I guess it's the MSG that they use.

I absolutely adore barbecue chicken pizza, that stuff is addictive. My fiance loves anything with tomato sauce, so I make a toooon of meals with that. Lasagna, ravioli, tortellini, and what we call "lazy @#% lasagna" where I make the sauce in the crockpot, add the noodles and you eat it in a bowl topped with mozzarella and ricotta.

Stews and soups. Generally they're made really low fat and never set off my bile-issue problem. So they're about the only food I can always enjoy. I tend to like adding paprika to everything I cook so I really like goulash.

Roast is another favorite and easy to turn the leftovers into a stew/soup.

I am addicted to red meat. I love a good medium-rare steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus. If I can get my husband to cook bacon, we cut that up and shred cheese and sprinkle both all over the potatoes. Yum!

I love a good omelette with spinach, mushrooms and cheese, and well-done hashbrowns.

Or pizza, olive & mushroom, or pesto, sometimes with feta, any kind of veggies really..

Or pasta, I love noodles!! So I love chinese lomein/chowmein too!

I also do love soups, one of my favorite things to make. Split pea soup with all sorts of veggies thrown in. YUM! With fresh crusty bread. MMMM!

My favorite meal is smoked sausage, rice and tomatoes, steamed cabbage and cornbread. I am not supposed to eat sausage, so I rarely have it any more. I also looove meat loaf, macaroni pie and Great Northern beans with fresh onion. I wish I had more time to cook, I work about 14 hours a day.

Both are meals my mom cooks when I go to visit:

Meal 1:
Eye round roast on the rotisserie with a red wine sauce
Mashed potatoes, homemade
Green beans, fresh or can, doesn't matter
Dinner rolls

Meal 2:
Vodka penne pasta
Crusty bread
White merlot wine as a beverage

We are having something like that tonight, although it is cooked in the slowcooker. I'm very hungry, looking at all these posts

A stuffed crown roast of pork with all the sides. That's our Christmas dinner and we all enjoy it.

I could live on pizza.

I LOVE food! My favourite food is probably sushi.
Mmmm. I also love all types of carbs. Perogies, potatoes, breads, pizzas, etc. Pasta is a huge hit with me. I love lasagna, pesto pasta, stuffed shells, spaghetti, fettucine alfredo... *drools* Also any kind of seafood- love it! Deep fried calamari, baked salmon, seafood chowders, shrimp, oh goodness I'm so hungry now!
