So why does Holly seem to think this is a comfy way to lay

Cute! I get tickled pink when Penny does that. If she could fly through the air with a full stretch, she'd be Super Cat. Daisy hardly does that.

I did a double take as that is how tylers always lounging around(well as long as dogs outside)
I am jealous of the tile floor-we are looking into having it done in next year or so. Until then we are walking on concrete cause dog forced us to take out all carpet

I was wondering if anyone else had a cat that laid like this. I have never seen a cat do this- and I grew up with cats. She's the 5th cat we've had in almost 20 years of marriage

She just started doing this when it got hot. And- the area she's "lounging" in is right under a vent. So when the A/C is on, not only does she have a cool floor to lay on- she's got cool air blowing on her.

Sneaky can't do that. She's not flat cat- she's FAT cat

Ah my Ghostie does "flat cat" and it doesn't have to be on a cool floor. He does it on the carpet, the bed... etc.

My Luna does that too. She looks like a little bunny with her extra fluffy back legs.
