Everyone okay? I've been watching the Weather Channel - looks bad around Wadena, Faribault, Albert Lea.....hope everyone's all right. Two confirmed dead near Almora.

Fingers crossed our Minnesota people are ok.

I'm fine down in southern MN - hopefully everyone else is. The sky was pretty ugly for quite awhile!

ETA: After it had calmed down some, and was less green outside (making me less nervous) I snapped some pics off the deck.

Seriously? Crap.

I seriously need to install an encrypted web cam in my apartment so I can check on it from anywhere.

This weather is supposed to arrive in NE Wisconsin about 3 pm this afternoon. Hot, humid, strong winds, hail possible tornadoes. Just great. Had to put some items away outside this morning in prep for this weather.

Those pics are amazing!

How very scary though... We don't even get tornadoes around here but I still have nightmares about them all the time.

Stay safe everyone!

Great pictures! That sky was beautiful. Deadly, but seriously beautiful. We dn't get tornadoes around here often, but they have been known to pop up. I'm scared to death of them. Hope everyone is OK.

They just said on the radio it was 3 dead. They were talking to a woman that drove through the storm and she said things were flying.

Now this storm is HUGE, that same storm is here and there were funnel clouds yesterday around Moose Jaw. It is covering 4 states and three provinces, or at least was Wednesday night and into yesterday. Some areas have flood warnings, there have been rainfall warnings and storm warnings off and on since Wed. morning.

It has left my yard a lake again, mind it doesnt take much now.

Yeah, they closed the highways down by the Alberta/Sask border. I didn't see the funnel clouds here in town but I did see pictures.

While driving home the news reporter said there were a couple of tornado sightings and perhaps a touchdown in far northwest Wisconsin near the Minnesota border. We were supposed to receive severe weather this afternoon but hasn't materialized yet if at all.

Yeah, they are still airlifting people in the Maple Creek area, they just said on the radio. I never looked at the pics (supposed to be on CJME site and a couple of others) because I still have stupid dial-up. Doesn't look great again tonight, kinda black to the SW.

Natalie, I have pictures just like that from town. It was so scary, me and Landon & the cats were confined to the basement for awhile!
Unfortunately one of my high school friends that now lives near Albert Lea lost their home to the winds/tornado
