Here are some pics from last weekends show.
Also my Cleo was so nice and purred when we walked around the show hall.
She did not even hiss or growl once.

Pictures from the finals.

I'll be honest in that sphynx cats are not my personal favorite. I think they're absolutely beautiful and unique, but they aren't for me. I do appreciate them, though. A friend of mine has a female sphynx who is extremely sweet and friendly, as well, and I have grown to adore her. But, I prefer my kitties furry! And, the furrier the better!

I hope you don't take offense to what I wrote above. I think sphynx are fabulous cats (and they are SO soft!) but I would rather just visit with them and not own them. Though, I will say this: they have the best personalities! I really do think they're wonderful cats. And, who knows, maybe there is a sphynx somewhere in my future.

That all being said, I think your sphynx cats are gorgeous. I have always loved Cleo. And, Wrinkles is just so darned cute! I haven't seen much of Polar, but if that is him in those pictures below, well, he's absolutely stunning!

I don't know much about showing, but I've kept up with your threads and I am so happy to hear that Cleo behaved well at the show. She's such a sweet cat and beautiful to boot and so it's wonderful that she is coming around. And, congrats to Wrinkles for doing better now that she is being shown as an adult. And, how exciting is it that Polar is just starting out and doing so well?! I'm really thrilled for you!

Congrats with your kitties. They're so special and I know how much you love them through your posts here. I'm grateful to be able to experience them through you...

Thanks Everyone

You did not offend me.
The man I was benched next to will not let his daughter have a sphynx.
He said when she gets her own place then she can do what she wants.
She is 19 and always wants to see my sphynx at the shows.
I let her hold Cleo and she purred.
They show Siberians.
They feel so soft.
These are the purest lines from Russia.
His sire became a TGC at the show.
Now he will show the girls.
The white sphynx in the pics is Polar Bare.
Carolina
I could not believe how nice Cleo was.
I do not plan on showing her again to at least Oct.
Polar is only 7 months and the judges say he will be huge.

How wonderful that Cleo enjoyed her day.

Polar looks like a photogenic boy, very nice pics of him.

I still think there is hope to get Cleo back in the ring one day

I have to agree with Alison - I prefer fur on my cats. I do like the Sphynx only due to their personalities - they are like the Rexes. I had Cornish. My mom never got used to those curly cats and thought they were ugly. I couldn't even get her to pet one!

Great pics Jacky

Thanks Everyone,
There was a Cornish Rex from Tenn that finaled in almost every ring.
I do think there is hope for Cleo.
She has never been this nice since she started acted bad.

Your babies are so incredibly stunning! I would LOVE to have a Sphynx someday!

Polar Bare is a natural for the camera. Keep working with him, you have a promising young man!

Have you been to the Arcadia show hall before? Perhaps there was something a little different that set Cleo at ease. . . at the next show, you might want to show up early and work with her in the rings before the judges arrive. Even if you don't enter her for competition, that will give her a positive experience and teach her that showing is safe again.

I'm envious of your quick turnaround for the photographs

Thanks Everyone,
We have never been to Arcadia before.
It was a small show and we are going back in August.
Our next show is the TICA Regional so I do not think I can do much there.
Renee I will email you.
