Hi, I'm new to the forum here, and I've seen some of the posts on enclosures and have done extensive research myself on them. I do plan to build my own enclosure once I'm settled into a new home, but for now, I need one that is easily moveable and inexpensive. I saw a website that had a lady using a screened in tent as an enclosure, but I have been unsuccessful at finding that webpage again. Does anybody know if anyone has had success using a tent as an enclosure?

You need to be careful with that IMO. A cat in panic (over a nearby dog for example) could easily tear through the screen. Above all enclosures need to be safe and cat-proof and I don't think a tent would be that for most cats. Building an enclosure is not that difficult and you can start with a small one that you can move around.
