Do I need 10 cats in my 2-bedroom apartment? No. But I don't know what the humane alternative is.

I have a friend that has dibs on the long-haired tiger, and she's a great meowmy, but giving him up is still something I will have to assess in a month's time or so, when I see how all of their individual relationships are progressing.
You could foster for a rescue in your area until they are ready to go. Check on Petfinder. Even across the border in Wash. Co. It's nice to adopt out kittens in pairs; a rescue may have a 4th for them to play with and other adult cats in the house to teach them how to behave. Not talking you in or out of anything, because I understand. I still have my seven fosters. We are keeping six of them. Cass needs to find another home b/c he really is best as an only. It is SOOO terribly hard.

I know a lady who is really a dog person, but took in two adult sister cats to save their lives.. and then a little kitten who was by himself. The kitten wouldn't take no for an answer from other older females and eventually, they took to him... he brought them out of their shells and they gave him some much-needed mothering.

The thing that makes it so grueling to think about right now is watching them play. There is no way in the world right now I can even think of adopting them out - the vet thinks they're only 6 weeks old - when they're learning so much and so happy in the company of their siblings.

I'll likely let the fuzzy tiger go to my friend - she's completely in love with him, and she has great cats of her own for him to play with. The others, I don't know...I've only had them a few days. The Honeymoon is still ongoing.
I could see myself with that little girl, though...I have so many boys! But the little black one is stumbly and bumbly and so pitiful in his own way...

I don't know; it will all work out in the end, even if I have to knock holes in the walls and put up 500 feet of perches and catwalks to keep everyone occupied. I'm in an intense "I hate humans" mode right now, and that will subside one day so that I can start thinking rationally about the situation.

But until then...KITTENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those babies are just soooooo cute!!!!!!!!
The darker tabby and Jake are like twins!!!!! That means not only is he the most adorable kitten ever but he will be such a handsome older cat too

Here's my Jake that age you can see how similar they look- their face markings are like identical!

Hahaha you should have known those little babies would wrap you around their little paws. Thats what happened to me when Easy had her babies.
Good luck with that decision

They are adorable.... one of them looks just like Ducky did as a kitten

Susan, nothing is stopping you from getting a kitten!!!

I would love, love, love to have that little boy with the white paws! He's precious! But they're all beautiful babies.

More pictures? Please!
