Poop Question

Newly 4 week old Kittee here, had A LOT of poop this morning like melted chocolate.
I read at the kittenrescue.com site that poops should be like toothpaste and yellow and hers used to be with the kitten glop, but now it is like I said melted chocolate.
I am wondering if this is due to the vitamin the vet had me put in her glop?
Or is her poop changing due to too much food?
Vet said to introduce some soft food this week but if her tummy is upset I did not want to add to her digestive issues.

I'm not sure what the diference is between glop and soft food. Is there a reason the vet added the vitamin? If she's eating high quality glop then the vitamin, which may be causing the soft stool, shouldn;t be necessary.

the glop recipe from kittenrescue.com had listed the vit as optional-as well as a few other ingredients....the vet looked at that recipe and said we should have it in there and she loved everything else in the glop.
SO you think I should take it out and make a new batch?

I'm not sure what's in the recipe and I can;t seem to find kittenrescue.com. Are you opposed to feeding a commercial kitten food, wet or dry?

I called the vet today on this.
She has only had the melted chocolate poo(LOL) this morning and we are sure she is well....vet says to try to transition her to some soft food and the glop over this week.....
wish us luck
