I've got a furry girl on my lap

I love how cuddly she is these days...she used to be a little snob

Off to work in a bit, and its a beauty of a day here today. I am going to go rollerblading after work I think.

The weather will be immensely better the rest of this week. Normal temps or even below (which means high 70's) instead of above normal in the 90's.

Also, I got another refrig in the apt. so now I can actually buy food less than on a daily basis because this one works.

It's a lovely sunny day here. Finish work in an hour, then my friend and boss is picking me up at 2 so we can go for coffee then hit the garden centre

Not too much going on here today. Am at work, then probably a bit of gardening, weeding, etc tonight after dinner. It's sunny and beautiful outside this morning, temps will probably top out right around 80 or so. The humidity has dropped, so that's a good thing.

Morning everyone!

It's a sunny day here but very, very windy, so I don't mind being at work.

I have billing this week so it'll be a pretty busy week for me, especially after today. I don't mind though, keeps me occupied.

I am SO excited. My brother is a tattoo artist and after work today I am going to him to get my 5th tattoo. It's going to be gorgeous, but I won't tell you what it will be.

I'll post pictures tonight!

Another overcast cool day with gosh rain expected for the day! Plants do look great and haven't needed to water containers. Veg garden though is a weedy mess.

Back/leg still painfull but more sore/tight than yesterday. Perhaps 7/10 on a pain scale.
Doing as much stretching a possible and yes this painful aid helps too. I took an ice bath last night-OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The 1st 5 minutes true agony but it got a bit better for the remaining 10 minutes. My muscles are too painful to have a massage right now too. This is what I get for not stretching after doing my hours of gardening every day.

Oh well hopefully I can make it through today at work without looking at the clock every 15 minutes!

Morning, I slept in til 9:30 this morning!!

Oops. I always get up when BF leaves, which today was about 7:50AM, and he usually leaves between 8-8:30. So I thought, I'll feed Genever, then go back and lie in bed under the covers for a few more minutes til after 8. Well, next thing I knew it was 9:30.

Well I guess my excuse could be I didn't sleep well last night because around 9:30PM we HAD AN EARTHQUAKE and I was scared pretty much all night. It wasn't huge I guess, but huge to me, the 2nd I've experienced in my 3 years of living here. I don't enjoy them. This one was swaying kind of, the windows/building creaked like when it's really windy, and it made me a little motion sick to be honest. Being up on the 10th floor doesn't help. Oh well.

I might check out sneakers at Kohls today, I have a 30% off coupon, and if any good ones are on sale, that would be a great deal! My shoes are old and not the best for walking anymore. Time to replace.

Gail- ICE BATH???? Yikes! I hope it actually helped.

It's one of my few days off this month and I couldn't be any more lazy.

I've done absolutely nothing today and am loving it!! I'm going to probably go out to get a new litter box (the Omega! will post pictures/thread later if I get it!) and might watch Saw tonight, because I've never seen it but am a gore/horror junkie.

EDIT: "One of my few days off" because I'm taking vacation next week! 5 days in Boston, for a grad school interview and vacation with the boyfriend! eeee
