This is ridiculous, I am exhausted

I am not sure what started it, but Pansy does have a scratch on his nose. For the past three days Fang cannot walk anywhere without Pansy charging him galloping, and FAng has to hide under something. Then they stare and growl until I pick one of them up and put him somewhere.
If I am in the room, we can all cohabitat, but Fang cannot leave his seat. Pansy will charge. We sleep together, have breakfast together hang in rooms together, but I have to carry FAng to the next room. He won't come on his own, he is frozen in his spot, intimidated by Pansy. I am used to being trailed by these guys, not I am busy monitoring, and if I miss a beat, it is CHARGE!! Poor Spike is puffing up in fear, and he is being neglected because I have to deal with this. I can't ignore it, Fang has to eat and go potty, so he needs to be moved.
I am guessing that Pansy is trying to become top cat, I would say he has succeeded, when will he stop?

Boy there seems to be a LOT of this going around these days. In every forum I belong to this issue is coming up lately, and also a person real life friend recently had the same problem.

Cats who have always lived relatively peacefully together suddenly going after one or another.

do you have feliway plug ins going? Enough litter boxes? Enough high places for everyone?

Its strange as I have had cats since mid 90's. I have 24 adults and for most part they get along the mom nursing her babies is one exception and the other is a cat my sister gave me. besides that you will see a few on sofa together or curled up and falling out of a cat bed sized for 2 cats max. I do have trouble whenever strays are mating-but cut back alot sine I trapped/neutered/returned all the ones I could get my hands on. I know its hard with a few as they all are defensive in begining for the most part and then sorta settle-with many cats they just take it as the package deal for the whole-I get food, not kittens toys galore....but I gotta share with quite a few others. I would try to run a radio and make sure if a cat sprays near a window you keep open clean it/preferably maintain a room(or house with air conditioning if possible
