In the midst of the great African (Vermont) savannah, a lion sits waiting...



You get closer and this is what you see...



Uh-oh, its spotted us! Run!





But, I just wanted some petting...



I got these photos when I went home to visit my family. This is our family cat Midori. She's a big mushy squeaky box. My folks have corrupted her and she just can't get enough of the great outdoors. I was lucky enough to catch these photos before my father mowed the foot high grass the following day.

I've always wondered what Midori looks like! She is absolutely beautiful and looks like such a lady! Great pics!

Thanks everyone for the compliments! Between the white mitts and the double thumbsies she has the biggest looking paws I've ever seen on a kitty.
