I'm posting this about 40 minutes early, but there is a serious danger of me forgetting tomorrow soo here is today's question!!

Do you drive, walk or ride public transportation to work or school?? How long is your commute/walk??

I drive to work now, it's 20 miles away and between 40 minutes to an hour

When I go to school I also drive to my classes, I go 15 miles and 25-30 minutes, traffic that way always is much, much better..

I think you mean Thursday, June 10.

Thirty-seven years ago today, Dottie married me, and 33 years ago today, I pulled my first load as a truck driver.

I think she meant Friday June 11.

My hubby usually drives me to work, but sometimes I walk. It takes about 5 minutes to drive and about 25 minutes to walk.

I usually walk into town which takes 15 - 20mins depending on how awake I am then it's a 15 min bus ride to where I work.

Public transit cannot get me there in time and it would take riding 2-3 busses. The bus would take about an hour. I drive and I am there in 15 minutes.

Congratulations!

My commute consists of walking into my dining room, where my craft table and supplies are set up. So, I guess it depends on which room I start out in---maybe 8 seconds?

I drive. It's about 25 miles / 40 minutes each way. There's no viable public transportation option, and biking would be suicidal. I looking to move so that I can live closer to work soon.

I drive. Its 17 miles to my part time job so it takes about 23 minutes. When I landscape the I have cutomers that are from 5 minutes to 30 minutes away from my house.

I drive to work and school.

My job is 25 miles from home, and can range anywhere from 30mins to 2 hours to get to work depending on the traffic. School is approximately 20 miles from my house. Only about 10 miles from where I work though, and I usually go there straight from work.

I drive. Work is only about four minutes away but walking would be a deathwish due to it being a very busy traffic area, known for accidents and just plain bad drivers. When I'm waiting at the light (which was only put in a couple of years back), I try to guess how many people will run the red or block the intersection. I usually guess too low.

I live in a rural area, there's only transportation provided for those who are disabled - otherwise no public transportation. Having your own vehicle, or bumming rides, is the only choice to get anywhere.

I don't walk anywhere. A combination of heat and exercise intolerance doesn't allow it.
Plus, being a rural town, everything is very spread out.

I drive to school and work. Work is only 5 minutes away, but I work a 12 hour night shift and really don't want to walk home with all my bags after my shift. For classes I drive 25 miles one way 5 days a week. It stinks, but that's life.
