When we were coming back from the Baseball Game at Myrtle Beach last time, we had a great time, BTW, the MYRTLE BEACH PELICANS won, we hit a deer! We were all buckled in so no one was hurt and we have no idea what happened to the deer, it disappeared right after we hit it. The front bumber on the van was damaged, so we had to pull into a gas station. The place we rented the van from was no help at all, they wanted to tow the van and all of us ride home in Taxis! Come on! We were forty miles from Wilmington! Finally the local Fire Department came and used the JAWS OF LIFE and pulled the bumper away from the tire FOR FREE! We were able to continue on our way and I arrived home at three this morning! Thank goodness we were all OK. But what a way to end a fun filled night!
