Lola & I celebrated her 1 year anniversary of being surrendered to the shelter (back when she was 7 weeks old) in the end of May.

So here we are, a year later, she still hasn't found her home - I'm happy to keep her until she does.

Her tail isn't so foofy anymore, as the hair on her body has gotten longer to match her tail!

She's still lacking basic common sense, has almost no fear of anything (she is starting to "learn" to be afraid of things), and is always underfoot. If I didn't trip on her every step of the day, she wouldn't be Lola.

This is her "I'm afraid of that" face - we have worked long & hard to teach her to be afraid of things when that fear should come naturally

...and just to toss in there so Gumby doesn't feel left out, she's gotten big & pudgy - she is very food motivated, & food aggressive.
Gumby the Gut, we call her. She is very timid, & I am the only one who can touch her - even then she is only comfortable in one room in the house.
All well, she seems happy, I love her no matter how weird she is.

Why should Lola be afraid? Not much danger to a cat in a cage!

Flambe is still with us, too.

So adorable Lola, I'm too far away and I can't get her.. Wishing a forever loving home for you soon Lola, or maybe not and stay with your foster mom forever!

Lola is beautiful, just beautiful. It sounds like she already has a forever home! Gumby is adorable, too.

May Lola's tail always be foofy!

I know that there has to be SOMEONE out there for these girls who will love them forever, but until then, they are so incredibly lucky to have you!
