Another early morning for me... My question is.....

Do you eat breakfast in the morning? Do you skip any meals during the day?

I try to eat something every morning, even if it toast. Since I started my early shift, my lunch is at around 10am
. I tend to eat a light dinner but do not skip meals.

I have my coffee right after I get to work at 8:00, followed by a Granny Smith apple around 10:00 in the morning. For lunch, I usually have a small container of fruit with a diet Mt Dew. That's it for the work day.

When I off work, I don't eat breakfast, unless we're specifically going out for breakfast at a local restaurant.

I really have to watch my weight, so I'm very careful. I know I should eat a good breakfast every day, but I don't bother.

I don't always eat breakfast. This morning I was really hungry so I stopped and got a bagel at Dunkin Donuts. Sometimes I also skip lunch, depending on how busy I am at work, or if I remember to bring any lunch! Yesterday I ate my lunch at 4pm because I spent lunch time at the dealership, and waited until after I was done with work to go. I usually don't skip dinner though.

I always have breakfast, although I often skip lunch. I prefer to snack throughout the day until dinnertime.

I usually skip breakfast. And depending on how busy I am at work I might skip lunch too. Lately it seems that I'm just having a big supper most days and maybe a late night snack.

I always eat breakfast unless I sleep late. If I get up at 10:30 or something, I'll usually just wait an hour and eat lunch. I usually eat a couple of breakfast bars or a couple of bananas on work days. On weekends, I may eat a bowl of cereal, a breakfast sausage, or some eggs.

I try to always eat breakfast. I'm hypoglycemic so technically I'm supposed to eat something everything 3-4 hours or else my sugar bombs out and I pass out. But some mornings I wait as long as possible to eat something. Sounds stupid but then I'm better off the rest of the day. And then I don't eat as much. It's hard having a sugar issue and trying to lose weight but then eat all day.. if that makes sense.

I don't eat a full breakfast very often. Usually I grab a granola bar or similar and eat it when I get to work. If I have a little extra time in the morning I make oatmeal.

I love food. I usually have a sandwich and fruit for lunch and a pretty large dinnner.

I have to be awake for around 3 hours before I can eat. Sometimes I can eat earlier, but often it does not settle well. So that means lunch if I'm out doing anything. If not, I usually only eat one meal a day - no snacking.

I used to always skip breakfast but now I make sure I have it every day. I try not to skip meals either but sometimes if work's really busy I will end up skipping lunch or dinner, depending on which shift I'm working. I do snack a lot though, bad habit.

When I was working I rarely ate breakfast but always had coffee of course. Now I do eat breakfast every day but it's quite late tho. All my meals are later than normal since I tend to sleep in unless I'm with Russ, he pushes me to get up sometimes. I have been dieting for quite a while so I must eat my 3 meals a day and it sure is working.

I'm never hungry when I first get up so I just have a cup of tea. When I get to work I make myself two slices of wholemeal toast with marmalade.
I'm really trying to have a healthy lunch at the moment so it's usually ryvita, cottage cheese & some fruit. There are too many temptations where I work so I take my lunch in with me.
On a weekend I'll usually have a yoghurt for breakfast then some sort of eggs for lunch, either scrambled or soft boiled.

Most mornings I will eat toast and have a coffee, depending if I'm on an early shift...the days I have those I won't eat until my first break which is around 10:30-11am.

I drink a cup of green tea as I get ready for work, then take my Emergency vitamins when I get there, then we have a break at 10am and I eat something.......It takes a while for my stomach to get going

On work days, I have a pretty minimal breakfast, because I'm not really interested in eating until after 9 am. So, juice before I leave, coffee and whatever muffin or other baked good is handy in the office. I do eat lunch those days. The days of that are probably over though, since I've been on sick leave for three and a half weeks, which will probably continue until the end of the month, at which point, I burn off my accumulated vacation, and then retire.


When I'm not working, for whatever reason, my preference is for a late breakfast, of eggs or bacon or both in some configuration. If DH wants a bowl of cereal, I have a couple of pieces of fruit toast, some yogurt, juice and coffee. And we don't bother with lunch, because it's lunchtime by then anyway.

We never skip dinner. Occasionally, it gets short shrift, but never omitted. We like our dinner a LOT.

I start my days with fruit, right now I have bananas and watermelon in the house. Then I have a bowl of cereal with berries. Then when I get to work its a cup of coffee for my caffene fix!
