My kitty Nigel appears to be sensitive to humid weather. Never made the connection 'til mom mentioned that he may have lived inside with A/C for most of his life until we adopted him. Anyone else have similar issues ?

My cats act funny with warm weather too. I have central air and if it gets too hot and humid they start laying all over the linoleum in the kitchen and on their backs in the living room. Is this what you're talking about?

My cats have always hovered around the AC vents in the summertime! I live in a very humid area but haven't really noticed much difference in my cat's actions, what are you seeing? I might try to pay closer attention to my new kittens and see if anything changes!

Only that he appears to have acid reflux, or indigestion. Never vomits, but spits up a small amount of foamy saliva. Oh, and his voice is a bit raspy, kinda weaker. We took him in special last year for the same thing and found nothing out of the ordinary. 1/4 of a "Famotidine" 10mg tablet twice a day was recommended and we're not sure if it helped or if the passing of time did the trick.
We're going in to the vet tomorrow morning for yearly checkup and will ask.
Just yesterday it was hot and humid maybe 80 (warm for us) and he was wretching. Cold front passed, wind out of the North, temps dropped to 50-60 and he's all fired up.
