can any one offer advice?

when i got my first cat we had no issues with using the litter tray untill she was spayed the vets never told me i should remove the litter from the tray straight after, so she started to go just outside the litter, when i got my second cat she started to use the litter again, then stopped she would wee sometimes outside the tray and wouldnt poo in it ( i provided a mat)

when we moved she started using it again untill we took on a adopted cat who was expecting and it started again, this wasnt to much of a probelem untill today the cats had her kittens and is not shut away in the spare room but moo has now started weeing downstairs on the livving room floor near the other litter tray (they have one each obviously moo used the one in the cat room!) the other half is going to go mental! ive tried new litter tray, diffrent litter spraying with white vinager, clening litter trays, leaving litter trays every thing i can think of! any advise would be great i cant keep letting her go on the carpet!!!

shes had full vets check she hasnt got a water infection thats all been checked

I suggest you use the search function and check the behavior section. Inappropriate peeing is a common topic and is discussed at least a few times per week.

Basic things that are usually the problem
UTI
Stress between the cats and living situation
Not having enough litter boxes - if you have two cats you need closer to 4-5 boxes, three cats 5-7 boxes.
Not properly cleaning the soiled areas - you need to use a proper enzyme cleaner for removing urine for this.

You need to keep the boxes clean all the time, not just now. If you were slack on it before it could have helped create this problem.

Get some feliway diffusers, try adding bachs rescue remedy to their water - she's very likely stressed over the last cat and her kittens.
Try using cat attract litter or the additive.

It may be that you will need to confine her to a smaller room, such as a bathroom, and retrain her to use a litter box.
