Canine Vaccination given to a Cat

Do any of you know if it would hurt my kitty if she was given vaccinations for a dog instead of a cat?

The reason I ask is, after my little noodle died I found the receipt from the Vet's office and they marked off the following vaccinations in the Canine Colum:

Distemper
Parvo
Corona
Parainfluenza

I am in the process of getting noodles medical records from my vet, but I wanted to know for my own curiosity if she was given the wrong vaccinations if that could have contributed to her being so sick.

Yes they could have killed her.

Actually, I did a fair amount of research on the topic and could only find the standard vaccination risks associated. If she did receive the canine vaccinations, she would not be protected against the feline illnesses, so could fall ill as a result (eg canine corona vaccine has shown ineffective at preventing FIP). Any chance the checks were just put in the wrong column?

I think they used to give cats canine vaccinations (Panleuk is a parvovirus and I think that's why), so it shouldn't have been fatal, except for the usual vaccine reactions.

It is possible they just checked off the wrong side (the dog side instead of the cat side). It sound like the same vaccine certificates my vet uses and sometimes he (or the tech who fill out the certs) gets mixed up, too.
