I have a question about moo...my black and white kitty...well the mostly black one
He just turned 5.
I have noticed he has lost weight...now i am not sure why...he eats (not as much as tilly) but he does run around the apartment chasing tilly and we play lager tag alot. Should I be concerned?
He also throws up his food.
I also noticed he is very vocal...he has always been a vocal cat but he stops meowing when I call his name.
All he wants to do is cuddle....
now he was diagnosed with having seperation anxiety and all my neighbors (I live in a cat friendly community) has said he meows until I come home. They all think its cute that he loves me so much. DH says that he will be calm until he hears my car pull up and then he goes NUTS running around the apartment meowing his head off.
the other day i was standing outside talking with my neighbor and moo was in the window after a few minutes he started to meow louder and louder until I came inside at which point he ran and meet me at the door.
Now I know this could be a behavour issue but do you think his weight loss could be from the fact that for the last 4 weeks i have been away alot?
Also anyone have any suggestions for handling this seperation issue? (he has been attached at the hip to me since he was a kitten my friend always commented he is my little black shadow since he is happiest when he can see me) or should I just enjoy my kitty who loves me so much?
