She's Glen Close from Fatal Attraction in kitty form!!

She follows DH around around all morning every morning. Yelling at him. As soon as the alarm goes off (sometimes before) she'll be sitting on his chest. Sometimes she puts her paw on his head with a claw out. If he sits down for one second, she there, yelling at him for attention. She almost fell off the table this morning, trying to put her paws on his chest! He had to catch her! She LOVES him! Me? She could take me or leave me.

Isn't it funny how cats target one person as their human? A friend of mine has two cats. When she got married, one of them immediately adopted her hubby as his human. So funny!

Nuts has decided that Paul is his human. The second Paul gets home he is yelling for his attention and follows him around. He mostly ignores me but will let me pet him if Paul isn't available.

Attitude has decided I'm her human. It's all about me in her world.

So we each ended up with 1 cat each. Funny how these things work out.

My Pandora is like that too with me. She's usually stuck to me like glue.

Whoever said cats are independent hasn't met my little girl! LOL

When my husband comes home from work Ripley will make a beeline for him. He can't even take his coat off until she has decided he has fussed her enough. Also if he tries to get into bed without saying goodnight to her she will run round to his side of the bed and meow loudly at him until she gets attention. She ran straight across me & woke me the other night in order to get to him.

What a great thread. I am really enjoying these stories.

I live alone, but Tolly has formed some instant bonds, which shocks me every time, because he is a hide-under-the-bed-if-there-is-the-slightest-indication-that-someone-is-coming-into-the-house cat.

One was a young girl I tutored for two summers, here a few years ago. Tolly was so in love with her, that one time when she went away for a week, when she came back he sat with his back to her to let her know how offended he was.

One is my niece Em, he is absolutely besotted with her, and has been since the first time she stayed with me when she was only 4 (she's 13 now). He only sees her once a year, when she stays with me for two days in the summer, but he LOVES her.

The last is an elderly woman I "do" for. I had her here for lunch one day this past winter. Tolly never even hid when she came in, even though he had never met her before, he was all over her. Winding around her, rubbing on her legs, doing spins and every other thing he could think of to be cute and adorable. He even brought her one of his fur mice. I never saw anything like it.
