I realize that relocating a feral colony is not ideal and often leads to failure, but this is a special circumstance. We have trapped and vetted 14 cats in Baltimore, MD. There are still about 9 more to go. All have been spayed/neutered and had vet care and all are healthy. The person who was caring for these cats has moved and the woman currently caring for them is very ill and will not live much longer. The neighborhood is in a commercial area of Baltimore and the residents of the 6 homes in the area and the business owners do not want the cats around. Neighbors have been throwing rocks at the cats and the care giver's home and the situation is dire.
Does anyone have room for any of these healthy cats? Even just one or two would be helpful. We have found a barn for 2 of them, but we need placements for the others.
