TNR resources in So. Indiana

I belong to a bird watchers forum and a lady in So. Indiana is having issues with feral cats coming after her birds at the feeders. She loves cats and doesn't want to kill them, but wants to find a win-win situation.

Anyone know of any resources in that part of the country? I have posted the general sticky note link re: TNR etc for her... but specific help would be good.

thanks!!!

Vanderburgh County, in SW Indiana (Evansville) has an excellent program. Cats brought in inside a trap get spayed or neutered for $25. Includes vaccines. They will ear tip at this price.
