So first Chemul had diarrhea, then she was constipated, and now she doesn't want to eat.
She ate half of her food this morning, but when I went to give her some supper, she wouldn't even touch it (she usually gulps it right down)
How long can a 6 week old kitten go without eating before I should start to worry??
I'm probably just worrying for nothing, but she is such a sweetheart and I don't want anything to happen to her.

Now is the time to worry for a 6-wk old having these problems. Call the vet.

How much have you been giving her ? It's best to call the vet. In the absence of any other symptoms, though, she may simply not be hungry.

Do you have wet food? If so, add some water to it and warm it up in the microwave a bit. Don't get it extremely hot, just enough to enhance the aroma. You can also try boiling a chicken breast in plain water. Shred it very finely, add in some of the broth and see if she'll eat that. Or, try the Kitten Glop recipe here: http://www.thecatsite.com/forums/showthread.php?t=46295

However, if she's constipated, she's not going to want to eat because there's nowhere for it to go. You might also try stimulating her with a warm washcloth to see if that will help her go.

I have been giving her wet food since she won't eat dry right now.
Shes very picky apparently since it has to be warmed up or she won't eat it anyways. I've been giving her a tablespoon of wet food in the morning, and the same at night. She usually finishes all but a few pieces, so I think I'm giving her enough food.
I did call the emerg vet, and they said not to worry until tomorrow morning since she is still active and playing.
I don't think shes constipated anymore though since I did see a nice poopie in the litterpan when I got home. So I dont' think thats the problem.

Not really. She'll eat maybe 1/3 of what she's normally been eating. She's still playing, normal pees and poos, and still active. This is just getting weird.

Did she go back to the vet a week later to check again that the worms were gone ? Since your kitty is so little and delicate right now, it's probably best to take her for a follow up sometime this week, just to be on the safe side.

Also, what is the weight ? She may also be younger and in need of less food than you think, which would explain the drop off in appetite. Are you still doing a Milk replacer ?

She weighs 1 lb 7 oz.
I did finally find out why she's not eating for me though. Turns out she's eating Mufasa's food when no one's looking. Caught her late last night after she thought I was in bed, haha.
What a sneaky girl!! She really had me worried.
She is going back to the vets in another week/ two for her vaccinations.

So glad you figured out what was going on! Is Mufassa a dog? I can't remember.

LOL - I'm amused just thinking about the tiny little girl being all sneaky.

If food is down like that, kittens will be in it. Mine try their best to take the adult kitties food when they think I'm not watching. Maybe because of where she came from she's a bit more skittish about letting you watch her eat? Or maybe his food just tasted better.

I've been following along and it's good to hear that she is eating.

Haha. Sounds familiar. A kitten that has no table manners.
If it is dog food, it's alright occasionally, but try to watch her and make sure she isn't having little snacks when you're not looking.

Cats need the amino acid taurine for one thing, and there won't be high amounts of that in dog food. Without that nutrient their nervous systems and organs won't develop properly. It could also cause heart problems. Plus, dog food is too high in fat without enough other additives cats need, like species appropriate protein.

Mufasa is my 8 yr old 25 lb cat. Chemul has to crawl inside his dish to eat the food. Its very funny to watch. Now that I caught her and she knows its ok, she eats the food all the time. What a silly kitty.

You still need for her to eat kitten food as it's loaded with lots of vitamins and such that she needs. Don't let her eat reg adult cat food exclusively.

I feed Mufasa an all life stages food. He gets Acana Lamb and Duck.
