Our cat, Muffin, has never been a vocal cat. We never heard him meow. Since Speedboat crossed the bridge in January, Muffin has become much more vocal. Yesterday he really tried hard and let out a loud noise that tried to sound like a meow. It seems so strange to hear him at all. I never cease to be amazed at cats. They are never predictable.
I know he can meow because I hear him other times, just not while he's waiting for food.
