Not enough! I might drink 8oz of water. When I'm eating I tend to drink Diet Coke.
Definitely going to try and get back into drinking a lot of water again. I had bought a 2L water bottle and was trying to drink 1 a day but I fell off that pretty quick.
I am so bad about drinking water and I know I should and I say I will start. I typically have my 3 cups of coffee in the morning then I may have water with my lunch then about 4 have a glass of white wine. I usually dont take anything after that.
Not much plain water. I usually drink a 12-ounce mug of coffee, a 16-ounce bottle of diet Mt. Dew and several glasses of unsweetened decaf tea though, so I guess I get liquids from that. But I don't drink nearly what I should.
Sometimes I get a craving for just water. Several ice cubes in a nice big glass, and filled with just plain water. And that really hits the spot.
We use our well water for cooking and for us to drink. We buy spring water for the cats....BooBoo had a bout with a nasty urinary infection about 12 years ago and we thought it might have been from the water. They've been on bottled water ever since.
I have a 64 ounce jug I fill with water or drink mix (usually orange) and keep it nearby. I go through it in a day and sometimes drink more. Just depends on what I eat and the temps.
coffee first thing . I drink a lot of water. I am on a medication that has dehydration as a side effect. If I get dehydrated I get a migraine. I always have a glass of water on the go
Ever since I quit caffeine cold-turkey last year, I have been drinking a lot of water. I am usually in the 120-160 ounce range, but I usually fall somewhere in the 140 ounce neighborhood.
I am trapped at my desk all day, so drinking water is one of those things I do without realizing it. It also fits into my exercise plans, as all that water leads to too many trips to the ol' bathroom.
I don't drink water unless I'm taking medicine, I know I should but I can't stand the stuff! Since I no longer drink soft drinks it's usually fruit juices with my meals and tea for an afternoon drink and an occasional alchoholic drink. I try not to drink after supper.
I get a large coffee 32oz (it's iced so its not actually 32oz of coffee
). Once I am done with that I fill it at least twice with water. So that 64oz....than I go home and have probably 32 more oz.....in other words....ALOT
I don't drink much water at all since I don't like it at all. I drink coffee in the morning and maybe a glass of diet pepsi with my meals or right after them but that's about it. I have Brita water for Autumn every morning and I use it to make my coffee, nothing other than that and I know that's wrong.
A 12 oz. cup of coffee in the morning, a 16 oz. bottle of iced tea during the day, and I eat 3 to 4, 24 oz. glasses of ice a day. Yeah, I know I'm odd....the ice thing is a craving I can't get past. It started when I was anemic, but has persisted even after ithe anemia was resolved. The good thing is that since I started eating ice, my fluid intake has increased enough that I don't get kidney stones anymore.
1-2 litres, I keep a bottle of water on my desk at work and home. That's pretty much all I drink, I don't drink soft drinks or cordials and rarely have juice.
oh yah, I posted this one because I wanted to see how I related to everyone else.
My days are fairly similiar....
Morning I have 2 coffees ( just the average home coffee cup)... then 2 of my 32oz bottles of water while exercising (more water if working out longer), 1 vitamin water, then 3-5 more of my bottles, 1 diet soda, and occassionally some lite alcohol.
Water: 225oz depending on the day
Enriched water: 16oz
Coffee: 12oz? never measured
Pop: 1 355mL can of diet soda
Other: 0-8oz ( lite alcohol cooler sometimes)
