What a bunch of terrific pictures and gorgeous sleek happy cats. I love how Neko has a little secret patch of white.

And that last one of Tom ignoring her had me laughing out loud.

The only thing better than one black kitty is three! Your cats are gorgeous--including Tom the feral. And, yes, the last pic had me laughing, too.

Thanks all My hubby and I have a soft spot for black kitties now, since so many people either see them as superstitious bad luck creatures or just think they are bland in coloring. But they are so sleek and pretty I am heartbroken when I go to the shelter and see SO many black kitties waiting for forever homes. The shelter we adopted Neko from that I volunteer at had a Black Cat Friday after Thanksgiving and gave away any black cat or cat with black on it for free. One of the women who promotes animals weekly on TV and the radio said that she was willing to draw black spots on kitties just so people would take them home They adopted over 20 cats that day I checked their site yesterday and 75% of the adoptables are black or black & white again.

Tom Cat tried to come inside today and join his indoor brothers My hubby and I think he'd make a great addition to the kitty family, but he's lived outdoors for so long (estimating 5 years) and I don't know how Neko and Hoshi would react. Hoshi seems to tolerate him on the other side of the door, but he attacks the heck out of the door when the evil kitty someone dumped here comes by. It IS a lot cooler inside that out today so I imagine that's what sparked his want to come in! Nero is always over there trying to get Tom to play footsie Tom is like "whateverrrrrr".

Stinkpot has an adorable spot on that cute tummy!
