Lap Cats

Tolly Mazy and Jennie all enjoy spending time on my lap while I'm at the computer. Oddly enough, sometiimes I don't even notice them coming up, I only notice one is here after a while.

Anyway I make use of my web cam to get shots of them oon my lap.

awwww so cute they all look quite content being on your lap, i know exactly what you mean when you say they just appear and you havent felt them climb up

Aw, your cats are so sweet! They all look so happy to be held. My Raven loves to curl up on my right arm and breast when I am at the compy, while Shadow prefers lying on my ankles.

Precious babies! And I love your T-shirt that has the cat wearing the baseball cap. Very cute.

None of my cats like to be held while I'm at the computer, but Stinkpot likes to lay on the desk in front of the monitor, and rest his head on my arm (the one attached my hand which is usually attached to the mouse, so I have a hard time continueing what I am doing) I think he's a pretty smart kitty, since I have to stop what I'm doing and give him belly rubs

Aww....Stinkpot, I would not be able to resist such a yummy tummy either!

Well I am not holding them, see, they just come up when I am not paying attention, and suddenly I realize I've got Tolly or Mazy bobbing on my arm, or Jennie trying to wrap her paws around my neck.

That's the very one! It was a Christmas present a few years ago and one of my favorite shirts. I try not to wear it very often because I don't want it to get worn out.

They look so happy and content, Otto. I wish I had a lap kitty. The one who comes closest is Ghost and he prefers to be up around my face and neck.

Thank you! These three are stealthy when I am at my desk, but pace impatiently waiting for me when they know I am going to get on the couch and read. Then I get Jennie on my legs, Tolly on my middle and Mazy on my neck/chest. I have to straight arm my book over my head because Mazy forces my chin to point up.

But I love my Live Fur Blanket (with massage)

Aww, those pics are so sweet!! All your cats look so content just to be with you. There's not much better than a kitty in your lap (or snuggled with you in bed, whichever the case may be!).

My Darko is quite the lap kitty. Every night when I settle in to watch TV, he comes up to the couch and squeals at me to see if it's ok for him to jump up, and when I say "come on up", the next instant he's all tucked in for the evening. The only time he moves is when hubby gets up to go the bathroom. For some reason, Darko thinks is a great game to follow him and sit right outside the door, which works for me, because then I can sip on my tea until they come back. It's a division of labor, but a labor of love!!

Yes, he definitely likes to share his tummy. He flaunts it. One of his favorite things to do is just roll back and forth on his back to show off it's cuteness until someone takes pity on him and rubs it!

Oh good grief, triple-cuteness!

Such a lovely trio of cuddlebugs...they all have such looks of contentment. They very clearly love "mama" very much!

LOL! Yes, that's the way of it. The other night Mazy cat was sleeping on my chest while I read on the couch. Usually she tucks her body under my chin, forcing me to straight arm my book over my head to read it.

Well this night she rolled the other way and exposed that Yummy Tummy to me. I mean, there it was less than 2 inches from my face. It took all my control to resist trying to run my fingers through all that deliciousness, but I actually was able to resit. I couldn't betray such a show of trust, now could I?

I did tell her she was a big tease though. She said "prrt?"
