I am so sorry to see this, you must feel devastated, but as others have said, positive thinking is the way to go. Sounds like your doc is in top of things and will proceed aggressively.

All my love and hope and vibes to you from me and my cats.

Keep us posted on you okay?

You have us at this site to talk to..we are always here, even at 2 am.

I am sending up prayers for you. Take it one day at a time, and take comfort that it is stage 1.

I know there are groups for support. Perhaps you could contact the American Cancer Society for information. No one knows what this is like except those that have gone through it.

God Bless, we are here for you.

Sweetie, I'm so very sorry to hear this. As others have said, think positive thoughts. This was caught early, which is great news. The cure/remission rate is high. I wish I could give you a (((BIG HUG))) and tell you everything will be alright.

Sending loads of positive to you.

Very sorry to hear this and I know what you're going thru. I know the shock you must be in after hearing this news. I am a cancer survivor and remember very well how stunned I was when I heard the news altho I knew it was a possibility. I pray the beast has not spread, my prayers are with you.

I'm posting from work.

It's been a difficult morning.

I spoke to Deb, the nurse from the gyne-oncology clinic where I work (I help out in it from time-to-time). She said she could get me in tomorrow morning at 9am. So I called my gynecologist and had my papers faxed over. Deb called up to the consults and told them to make it a priority.

So I hope to be able to find out a surgery date tomorrow. Summer surgery slate is coming up, so I hope I don't have to wait too long.

Thanks for all of the thoughts, prayers, vibes, kind words of moral support and gifts. They mean a lot.

One of the nurses here gave me a hug this morning and I had a good cry.

Linda, I'm sorry to hear this news but keep your chin up girl. My mom had uterine cancer when I was about 12 years old (she would have been 37). She beat it and lived to be 81 and this was back many years ago when they didn't know as much about cancer. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers and send virtual hugs.

I'm so glad you caught it early and you've got such an early date to schedule surgery.

Many vibes for calm, for strength, and that it hasn't spread and you'll have a complete recovery and be cancer free after surgery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waiting can be excruciating. I used the waiting time to visualize the cancer as a real invader that had to be brought down and crushed. As the battle progressed, my mantra was......"Get outta my body. You're not going to win. I'm stronger than you are."

I had a note on my refrigerator door -

Attention: Cancer

I have too many miles to run. Get out of my way.

And then I let the doctors do their stuff. Rock on, Linda!

I sent you a private message because ironically I was diagnosed with the same exact cancer 4/16, had surgery 5/4 and found out today it was confirmed stage 1 and I need no further treatment. I am confident the same will happen to you.
