I noticed today that Zoe's bottom had some blood on it- I read that bright red isn't good, but her's is more on the dark side... Anyway, she's acting completly normal, ad loving, but I'm just worried since she had a difficult delivery with the kittens being so big...I'm a little hesitant to take her to the vet since she is a foster, and the money comes from our shelter, who is on a very tight budget- they do it if they have to, but we don't want to do that unless we have to
- I'll wait for now unless it continues.
Anyway, any input would be great- Do you think I should ask this in the cat heath forum too?

Have you called the shelter to see what they think you should do? I have NO experience with this--I would take her to the vet, but I understand your situation. She is so sweet I just wanted to tell you that Bella and me will put her in our kitty prayers every night...keep us posted

Well thank you so much!
It's so nice to know I have people thinking about Zoe.
I did a bit of research, and it said a bit of bleeding was normal, so I'll keep an eye on it, and hope it clears up for now.

When I took Baby Girl in to see the vet Friday they said that they normally do bleed after delivery. Baby Girl didn't bleed much during and none after. But they said that was fine too.

That's good to know! I was worried for a while there...
