New Kitten

We now have 4 furbabies! We have two adult neutered cats age 3 and 4 (Michoud & Fluffy). A few weeks ago we got a new kitten, Brees (hes 10 weeks now). The kitten was just a little too active for the adult cats and just wanted to play way too much so we got a playmate for him. We adopted a beautiful calico kitten (8 weeks old) yesterday. This kitten is just the sweetest little thing. My daughter named her Reese's (she thinks she looks like Reese's Pieces). I will have to share a pic later tonight. Of cousre, the other kitties are hissing and growling at her right now. Do you think it will take longer for them to adjust since they are boys and she is a girl?

How sweet! I can't wait to see what she looks like!
Anyway, it's natural for them to be a bit defensive, but they should adjust. It shouldn't take longer since she's female, if anything maybe a bit less since males are considered more of a "threat". Good luck, and congrats!
