My Coco has been coughing and sneezing with a runny eye and nose.
Her asthma is also acting up.
We went to the vet today and she gave her 2 meds.
She does not want to give her a depo shot or pred because of her CRF.
I will continue using her inhaler and if the other meds do not help in a few days we will see the vet again.
The pollen count is very high here and it set her asthma off.
She also has a infection.

Poor sweetheart! Sophie's sick right now too, so I can definitely relate. It's so hard to see them feeling sick, especially when all you can do is wait until the meds start to do their work.

Hang in there - she'll get better! Love and attention are equally good medicine to anything a vet can prescribe, and I know you have that part well-covered!

Some for sweet Coco...

Poor Coco! Can she tolerate an antihistamine or will that just aggravate everything? I give my pre-CRF girl loratadine when she needs it.

Thanks
I will ask the vet about that.
She is on so many meds which makes it complicated also.
She takes baytril because she will get a bladder infection again if she dosent.
She has bp meds and her kidney meds.

Poor Coco!

3 of my cats are sneezing and snotty eyed, too. The only one that isn't sick right now is Helen, but she's been on Baytril for 3 weeks!!

I hope Coco gets better quickly. You're a great cat-mom, Jacky.

Thanks Brooke
I think the sphynx started it.
Wrinkles and Cleo might have gave it to her because they had runny eyes and noses first.
Coco is on baytril because of her bladder problems.
She has been on it since Jan 2009.
I hope your cats feel better.
