So, I found out today I only get to keep one kitten, the little girl, Lucy. She is absolutely tiny (like, .25 pounds) so she needs to stay the longest anyway. I can hold on to the boys while I find them homes, but not for too long. One boy can be ready now, the other little boy needs a week or two. So far, I have posted an ad on craigslist, and have a list of vets and pet stores I am calling to see if I can put up fliers. Is there anything else I can do to garauntee good homes for them? This was an unexpected thing, so I really can't afford to get them spayed/neutered before I send them to their new homes. Would they be better off moving on to a no-kill shelter, to let them find them homes? They are very people dependent now (like, they follow you all over!) so, I want them loved and cared for. Any advice for finding my babies homes is greatly appreciated!
