Hi all, I recently posted about us moving house maybe, well my grandad couldn't loan us the cash for deposits e.t.c... but we decided to go for it anyway and look into taking out a small loan to cover it , we didn't want to really but we love the house so much. The man is coming tomorrow to do our application, so fingers crossed we can have it. We had to have a credit check with the estate agents and I have been so worried about that as we had our old house repossed due to my husband losing his job 2 years ago and we couldn't afford the mortgage repayments. I am pleased to say he now has an excellent and stable job. Well I knew we would have a ccj against us and I though that would ruin it. Strange thing the lady phoned me today (which I was not expecting as its bank holiday-so I immediately thought oh no its bad) well, she said we have passed the credit check
with she added flying colours, the repossession hasn't shown and neither the ccj??? I cannot understand it, she said she thoroughly checked previous address and its clear. omg what is going on?? I am not complaining though and just sooooo happy
It all depends on this loan now, we have saved some on our own too, we want this so bad as we hate where we live and the cats will love the new house, I just know it. I just hope we get the loan. xx
