Hi,my 11wk old male kitten has extra long limbs and tail,he's a normal moggy kitty,no special breed.
When he runs or even sometimes while just walking, his paws bend under and he keeps going like that!!!,he's not in any pain.
His joints are quite big but not inflammed as they don't cause pain to him.
I also have his brother and he's not like this.
He's of normal body size...just has really long legs that twist and turn in odd manner.I hate to say this, but he's also a bit slow in the brain department,he can be looking at you but if you speak or touch him he leaps in fright,as if hasn't seen you, plus very clumsy(forgets to put on the brakes when running).
Could this be linked to the leg problem??.
The vet said he couldn't find anything wrong, just said he has double joints, but that was when he was 7wks old.
When sleeping his front legs are like that of a lamb or foal, bent under him(he can even walk around like that).
Should I be more concerned and take him back to the vet??

Or take him to another vet for a second opinion. He shouldn't be walking like that. You may be right on the money by guessing that he's not developing at the same rate as his brother.

Instead of being mentally slow, I wonder if your kitten might have a vision problem since he seems to have a hard time realizing when you're right in front of him.

I agree about getting a second opinion. Perhaps you can locate a feline specialist.

Thanks for the advice.
His vision is fine though,he's just really strange I think.
Does anyone know of a disorder like this??

I know spinal damage can cause animals to walk on their turned in feet - but I don't think this is what is going on with a kitten.

Anything could have happened. Mother cat could have had something that affected him. Maybe during birth he didn't get enough oxygen to his brain or something.
All you can do is check with a vet who's willing to figure out what's going on and whether there can be future complications.

I have a friend whose cat was diagnosed with cerebral palsy based on her gait, the way she stood and clumsiness. I guess cats with CP tend to not see well, either. Maybe this is what your cat has.

The good news is that it doesn't really hurt them, they're just a little...slower and clumsy, so you have to be a little more careful with them, since they're not as graceful as other cats.
