A Taste of Spring

There is a patch of bare ground right by my front door, so I decided to buy some flowers and potted them. Here is the result!








We are planning to get some pavers to brick the bare ground. They will be able to be removed if the apartment office puts up a fuss, but other people have done that and it improves the look out front.

Oh, they are so pretty!! Our town just had a "flower fair" this morning so I have a few trays a huges tomato plant to get into planters later today. I love plants but I definitely don't have a green thumb so I usually get the ones that die off in fall. But my one planter has sprouted marigolds and pansies...I guess nature carries on even after I get my fingers in it!

They are gorgeous, its amazing how flowers really do brighten everything up, I see the kitty inspector was watching x
