Question of the day, Friday April 30th

Good morning everyone.
It's such a beautiful Friday morning here.
Today's question is a very easy one. I've been thinking, I have found that a lot of people eat breakfast religiously, and to them it's the most important meal of the day...while others prefer to just skip breakfast and are perfectly fine without it...So I thought I'd make it today's question, especially since food is always an exciting topic for me



Do you typically eat breakfast every single morning or do you prefer to skip it??



Also this question reminded me of when I was a kid and we all had our favorite cereal that we were almost devoted to, and wouldn't eat any other kind...Was it the same for you?? What is/was your favorite brand

I must eat breakfast or my digestive tract becomes irregular.
Currently I start the day with a navel orange.

Well, if you can call this breakfast---I usually have one Little Debbie peanut butter bar and a cup of coffee. If I feel that I need a change, it's one poptart and a cup of coffee.

I must have my breakfast! Start the day right- eat lots and then eat some more. I tend to be kinda routine with my breakfast though. Small bowl of All Bran, toast, tea, to be followed by tea and more cups of tea throughout the day. Weekends I usually go wild and have a cup of coffee, sometimes even an egg.

I very rarely eat breakfast, but I always drink 3-4 cups of coffee in the morning
I also eat candy, like Starburst in the morning, but I'm not sure you'd call that breakfast


My favorite breakfast cereals as a kid were the moster cereals, Frankenberry, Boo Berry and Count Chocula
I also loved Apple Jacks

I always try to eat breakfast. On weekdays, I'll have a couple of cereal bars or a couple of bananas. On weekends, I may have a bowl of cereal or occasionally some eggs, toast, and bacon.

I don't prefer to skip breakfast. I'd like to have breakfast every day like I do on Saturday -- a good hot protein based meal. But I can't get my head or digestive system around production and consumption of such a meal before at least 9 am, by which time, Sunday through Friday, I have to be into my day, so those days it tends to be a glass of juice, and maybe some yogourt.

Since I have been retired my schedule is really messed up. I do eat breakfast but it's more like lunch since I get up late and can't eat as soon as I get up so I wait an hour or more and by the time I have what you would consider breakfast, it's already noon or way past that. I'll have an English muffin or bagel or cold cereal such as cheerios or wheaties. The one thing I do have first thing in the morning is coffee

I´m not proud to tell this but the majority of times I skip it...
sometimes by time reasons but on weekend try to eat fresh fruit...


Well, one thing that I can´t skip is my black daily coffee....

I usually have a bowl of cereal (not proud to say but usually a sugary kind) and my all important 2 cups of black strong coffee. On weekends if we go out for breakfast its usually french toast and bacon or Belgian Waffle with fruit on top.
I loved Alphabets as a kid and I still do. I love Corn Pops as well and I sometimes will put chocolate milk on that.

I don't usually eat breakfast...I used to drink soda in the morning
But now that I've quit soda I drink sparkling water. That makes me feel pretty energized. I have been drinking lots and lots of coffee lately too, but I never drink coffee in the morning, I feel like it's too acidic to drink it without eating. So I have coffee with my lunch.
My favorite cereal is and always has been cocoa puffs

I don't usually eat breakfast. The only time I do is when we go out for breakfast. Sometimes a muffin or bagel from Tim Hortons before work if I work in the morning (which is only once every 2 weeks).

I have coffee first, two cups. Then I usually eat Total cereal, not because I like it, but because the doctor told me to for iron and vitamin D. Sometimes I will eat Activia yogurt. If I do that then I follow it with a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses to get extra iron. Somtimes I make those Fiber One muffin from the mix. As a child, we all ate cornflakes. They were cheap. Back then, there were not many choices for cereal, mainly oatmeal or cream of wheat or corn flakes and rice krispies or shredded what. There were no sugared cereals that I recall. Now who wants to guess how old I am.

Good question!
I eat breakfast.
When I was a kid I also ate junky cereals. As an adult I eat homemade, healthy, mostly organic real food for meals.

GT Synergy is a good morning drink for me. I don't drink it each & every morning but often enough. For anyone wishing to quit soda I suggest they read up on GT Synergy

That is sssssssoooooooooo me!!! A cup of coffee is mandatory. Then it is either little debbie, or a couple cookies. I think it's important to get your blood sugar up a little
