This is a funny thread! Little things wind me up all the time, I don't know where to start!
I'm just glad that one of my cats is really chilled out and she calms me down.
Today what has wound me up is people dithering in the supermarket trying to find the 'perfect' pepper or whatever. Just get what you want & get out of my way!!!!
Also, our bins get emptied on a Thursday morning. I came home from work on Thursday evening and went to get the bin to put back in the back yard. It was half way down the street (nothing unusual there) but it was almost two thirds full. It had been emptied and some inconsiderate person had put their rubbish in it. How rude.

When people talk to me when I am engrossed in something. Book, magazine, computer, etc. They start talking, and it completely breaks my concentration. They stop, I go back to book or whatever, they start up again.

Also, along the same note, when people talk to you when you're listening to headphones. You KNOW I didn't hear what you just said. Now I have to stop my music and ask you what you just said. Often, it's something dumb.

Not that I despise people talking to me, but they just seem to ALWAYS wait until I am doing something.

As much as I hate listening to people smack and chomp while eating, that is not the worst thing. Someone gnawing their fingernails sends me right over the edge. I can't stand it. If infuriates me just thinking about it.

In a lot of cultures noisy eating is a form of complimenting the cook or part of enjoying the food.

We use a sound/white noise machine to sleep at night, but it bugs the heck out of me to hear it going when we are awake. It makes my skin crawl. lol

The guy who sits behind me at work is a very noisy eater and I have to leave my desk if he is eating at his
UGH this DRIVES ME NUTS! I hate sloppy nasty loud eaters. Its disgusting and even if Im a restaurant and someone near me is chomping away lips smacking mouth open. I will STARE at them till they take the hint and stop...I am not afraid to say something either because um hello GROSS!

That drives me nuts too...I dont like it either when someone you are eating with will literally molest their spoon or fork with their lips and them procede to lick every possible molecule off it..Ugh

BTW AJ Thanks this thread is really making me laugh but Im sorry those clocks are driving you bonkers...

One thing lately that is bothering me.... I hate being alone. I hate waking up in the morning knowing that Ive got a whole day of sitting and waiting by myself all alone with nothing to do. Yesterday and today were the worst but lately its just like ugh I miss BF working from home like crazy....It sucks.

Hmmm there was something else too but I forgot because I heard extra loud noises thru my IPod...Um hello people I put the IPod on so I didnt have to talk to you...We are at the evil vile disgusting stupid step mothers house...dont mind his dad so much but cant stand the evil cat hating hag.

I don't own a clock. I use my cell phone as an alarm clock & have a waterproof watch.

Drivers who cut me off tick me off.

What kind of watch is it?? We need a pic of it! I'm really into watches lately, I like ceramic white and black and the turtle colored that are rip offs of Michael Kors, Chanel and all the other big designers....
Of course I wouldn't spend $2000 on a watch that I don't need, that's just senseless to me. Even though I say that now but if I had that kind of money I probably would buy it

Anyway, in regards to the topic, I think if I'm in a certain type of mood, anything annoys me. Noise of people eating, chewing, shuffling next to me, and especially traffic. I've been such a nervous driver lately that I switch lanes to get it to where there is no one in front me of me, dangerous I know
But my nerves are just on an edge lately.

I'm not fan of ticking clocks either, which is why I don't have any in my house.

I also hate the noises that some lamps make, that high weird constant and annoying thing. And the sound of kids skateboarding in a parking lot near this house, luckily winter will make them disappear. Thousand other things comes to mind, but I'll just end here.

I can hear that from fluorescent bulbs. Some high watt incandescent are annoying, too.

After being about newer tvs nearly all the time, I can't stand being around older tube tvs. The ring from them is terrible.

I thought of another one...

I can't stand wind blowing on me. I don't like fans, I can't stand having the windows open in my car (don't even like the sound of that one), CANNOT have the vents in my car blowing directly on me, and I don't like being outside when it is windy enough to blow my hair around. I don't know why, but just the feeling of wind on my skin/hair drives me up a wall. *shrug*

I also hate the feeling of wet clothes. YUCK!!!
