are struggling to lose weight like I am. I found a wonderful site online that is absolutely free that helps you keep track of EVERYTHING diet, exercise. You can keep a fit journal, set goals, put in what you eat. It calculates total calories, protein, carbs, etc.

It also calculates calories burned for any physical activities you do during the day.
I LOVE it. It has helped me trememdously, especially since I have a set goal of water to drink per day and at the end of the day I can look and see if I made my goal or how much I missed by.
