A sugary question for you today

Do you use sugar in your coffee or tea or do you use a sugar substitute such as sweet ‘n low. I have been using sweet ‘n low for so many years that I canâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t remember when I started. I began using it as a way of dieting and now cannot use real sugar. One packet of sweet 'n low is perfect for my coffee.

Well, it depends. I like both cream and sugar in my coffee, but if there's no cream (milk does not count, whiteners do not count, has to be real cream at least 10%), I prefer black, and then don't take sugar either. I also have a strong preference for demerara or at least not plain white sugar.

I don't drink that much tea, but when I do I drink it clear, without sugar. Some of the herb teas are nice with honey and lemon for a change.

I normally use sugar in my coffee/tea but will use a sugar substitute if there is no sugar available.

I take my coffee black and strong. Sometimes though I get a huge craving and will have a Tim Horton's coffee with double cream double sugar.
Tea has to be black as well but again if a craving hits it must be either the raw brown sugar or the demerra kind but no milk or cream.

I always use sugar in my coffee. Another thing that I do to add some flavor to my coffee is I put a cinnamon stick at the bottom of the pot as it's brewing and then take it out when the pot is full. It adds a new element to the coffee and I think it's delicious. I find it works best with hazelnut flavored coffee

I use half and half and about 3 teaspoons of sugar. I tried Splenda once and I looked like Lucy tasting Vitametavegamin for the first time!

My mom, who I must take after, used to pass around her empty packets of sugar to us when we went out to dinner. That way, the waitress would not give her a funny look when she saw 6 or 7 empties at her plate!

God love her... I sure miss her.

I don't have sugar in tea and usually I don't in coffee but if I'm in a sweet mood I will have a sugar in my coffee or two
It really does depend on the way I'm feeling which is odd. x

With coffee I have cream and stevia. The only creamer I like is powdered creamer.
With tea, its either stevia or honey.

Regular sugar for my tea. I haven't had an artificial sweetener yet that didn't make me ill in some way, so I'm convinced they're all pretty much toxic.
Couple that with the fact that some don't break down and do make it out of treatment plants and into the water ways..

I don't drink coffe, but I like artificial sweetener in my tea - splenda or equal or something like that (sweet & low is too bitter for me).

Real sugar only; I prefer not to consume artificial sweeteners. If I have to sweeten already cold tea (like if I order iced tea at a restaurant), I'll use...um...the pink packet. Saccharin, I forget the brand name. None of the others dissolve properly in cold tea. But I'd rather make my own iced tea at home and add sugar while it's still hot.
