Hello
My girlfriend and I took in a stray cat (L.P.) last semester, and she turned out to be pregnant. We cared for her pretty well and she had four healthy kits, who we raised for a number of months, until we found homes for three of the kittens. Since we've had L.P. and Maui (the kitten), they get along fine and seem happy, but Maui is still nursing, now almost 31 weeks from when she was born, Sept. 28th of last year.
Has anyone else had a kitten nurse this long?
Also, Maui likes to bite/lick in my beard, almost like she's trying to nurse there too.
Any input would be appreciated. Catch you cats on the flip side.
