Hi

Well its day 4 after my op and I am feeling good, I was a bit worried at first about having a scar on my neck but I am proud of it now and I know it wil fade to nearly nothing in time. Its been stitched from the inside out and is quite neat, I have my stutches out on tuesday and I think I will feel even better then. This op has made me feel so much better and I am so glad I had it done, I didn't realise how ill I was before till now that I have had it done, for those who want to see it, here it is.xx

That was certainly a major surgery.

Because the incision scar is located in the crease of your neck, it should diminish over time so that it is hardly visible.

I am so glad that you are feeling better now.

Thankyou, I ve seen pics of peoples scars a few months after and they are hardly visible. It looks worse now that the bruising is coming out. x

Wow, that looks like a crime scene photo, doesn't it!

Dottie was afraid she was going to have to have something similar, a while back.

Glad the surgery went well and looks like you're recuperating very well. Good that you're feeling so much better.

Hope you are all better soon. And you are right; I have seen a thyroidectomy scar diminish to almost nothing. It amazes me.

Im glad you are feeling better. Nothing like feeling good, especially with 6 cats, 3 kids and hubby to take care.
