I had to google poutine
Its chips, cheese and gravy
Yummy, very yummy with normal cheese, the one I looked up said cheese curd, I am not sure about that?

Someone mentioned duck eggs, they are beautiful

Poutine is a French Canadian dish. I don't know how describe curds other then that they look like little mishapened cheese ball.

Shoofly pie

For the record, Yorkshire pudding is good eats, and often baked as popovers here, meaing not baked with beef drippings but a neutral flavour cooking oil.
