Freedom Belle has a real quirk for sure. I think I caused this habit because at bedtime I would always pick her up and carry her to bed and put her on her king size pillow above my head. Now if I just go to bed and leave her where she is, about 15 min. later she walks around meowing like crazy and won`t come to bed on her own. I have to go pick her up and put her on her pillow, then she purrs like crazy.I don`t know if she is spoiled or just hates a change in habit.

LMAO !!!
That is so funny

Zoey gets mad when I leave the house
Actually she becomes very affectionate. Every morning, or everytime I come home for lunch then get ready to leave, as soon as I pick up my keys she runs to me and goes "meeeooww!!" and rubs on my legs. Sometimes as I walk to the door to leave she will run full speed in front of me, cut me off and plop herself in front of the door meowing, purring and rolling around LMAO!!
I feel so bad to leave sometimes lol.

Trent and I definitely have a morning routine. When I get up, within 5 minutes he comes into the bathroom to see me and get some scritches. After my shower, he comes back and tries to con his way into me letting him into the cupboards (little does he know that I'm thinking of removing one of the doors and putting a litterbox in there!). He leaves while I put my makeup on because he can't get attention when I'm doing that. When I come out ready to go to work, he's usually waiting for me in the living room for more scritches and pets, and he flops and wiggles if I don't pet him soon enough. Then when I tell him "I really have to go to work" he heads away from the door to his scratching pad.

I love my Boo Bear!

Liberty Belle steals the plastic drain caps out of the sink and hides them. I took one and put it in the medicine cabinet, just to discover she must of seen me put it there, because it was not in the medicine cabinet anymore, hidden again!

This is hillarious! Peaches does the very same thing!

Also, she likes scrapbooking I guess. She always lays sprawled out on the coffee table in the living room but if I set up the card table to do some scrapbooking in the living room, she'll jump up and lay in the middle of that! Then I'll move my scrapbooking to the coffee table and she moves back to the coffee table! YOu'd think I never give her any attention but that is FAR from the truth!

Peaches also likes to play in the morning before I go to work. On more then one occassion I've been late because kitty wants to play and I just can't resist! Good thing I have a flexible job! The other morning she was hunting her shadow. She'd move and see her shadow move so she'd stalk it and then POUNCE on it!
God, I love her!

OK now, be honest....how many of us have added an extra 5-10 minutes to the time it takes to get ready to go in the morning so we have quality time with the kitties???

Strange Things That Cats Do:

Bobbie takes her kibble OUT of the bowl piece by piece with her paw before eating it...

Mythie eats with one paw IN the bowl almost like she's lying down to eat...

Zooey INSISTS on climbing the cat tree while any time it is being carried from one area of the apartment to another...

Both of my cats have some rituals I can count on. Squirt comes in bed with me every night. Joey is always at the food bowls in the morning. He knows to switch off to the bowl I have just filled so he isn't in the way. BOTH of them make an appearance in the bathroom if I am there, and scoot out when the toilet paper starts rolling!

Ivo's weirdest routines? I can think of two:

1. When I come home from work and use the bathroom, Ivo usually uses her litterbox at the same time (it's right outside my bathroom, and I'm impressed she understands what I'm doing, even if it's a little gross).

2. In the morning when Ivo and I have our snuggles (less since it's been so hot), she'll spend time sniffing my eyelids, which really tickles especially when her nose is wet. And, she's started cleaning out the corners of my eyes
I have NO clue what that's all about!

Molly like to chew on paper, especially the sticky part of envelopes.

When anyone walks toward the stairs out of the house, and Faile is awake, she sprints down the steps and waits. Her collection of balls is at the bottom, so we have to play chase with a few on the way out. She really flies down the stairs, and back up while chasing the balls.

That's hillarious! Don't know if you remember me talking about "Kiddy" (God rest his little soul) but we couldn't keep him away from toilet paper. OMG, every day we would clean up a room full of tattered toilet paper. We tried to keep the bathroom door shut but one of the kids always forgot to shut it.

Freedom Belle does not like it if it is my day off and I don`t get up at 4 a.m, she reaches out her paw, puts her claws out and ever so gently honks my nose!
