My family is a mix of Irish and Scottish, with a bit of German to round it out, though I am the only one in the family with the super-pale complexion...everyone else seems to tan really dark when they want to.

Your son reminds me of pics of my Dad when he was that age. Dad's almost 100% Irish with a wee bit of Scots and English mixed in.

He is a good boy though...I am lucky that way. He is so gentle and loving with the cats.
