if i pet my cat a bird hard like i do with other cats that usually love it she will let out a loud meeow and grab me and mouth me but if i am very gentle she never does this

she telling me to be gentle or else ??? I do not normally pet her much or pick her up because i can tell she hates being held she will start growling when i hold her so i just dont bother and dont pet her much either when i do pet her i am very careful cause of i do it a lil to hard she will grab me she wont hurt me she just grabs me lol

You are over-stimulating her and, no, she doesn't like it. Only pet her gently and see how it goes. And don't pet her too much, for too long. Watch her tail for twitching and her ears, which will go back when she's had enough. Take it slow and try to learn to do only what SHE likes, not what you feel like doing.

I have a girl that will bite me and try to bunny kick me if I pet her for too long. She LOVES to be petted, but she lets me know when she's had enough. I think your girl is telling you to be gentle with her.
