I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!! In the meantime, here is the question of the day..
Today's question is about movies...

When you last went to the movies, what movie did you see?
Did you like, and would you recommend it to other TCS members?

I don't remember, although I'm thinking it was probably one of the Harry Potter movies. I enjoyed it. (We do go to the movies that often at all; usually if there's something we want to see, we'll wait and then rent it on DVD or through our cable.)

Would you believe Disney's Aladdin was the last time I was in a theater?

And, yes, you should see this movie.

Last movie I saw was Bran Nue Dae, described as "a joyous musical romp" I enjoyed it.

Wow. This question gave me pause. I haven't been in a movie theatre to see a movie in ages! It was 2012, because I figured that one had to be seen on a big screen, with good sound, etc.

If you like disaster flicks (and I do), it's the ultimate....yup.....end of the world.

Umm, I think it was Avatar, which of course I'd recommend to the few people remaining who haven't seen it. Oh no, wait a minute, I just remembered we saw Sherlock Holmes after that! Really enjoyed that movie, and would definitely recommend it. Loved the performances and the chemistry between the actors.

I don't go to movie theaters and the last time I did, I think it was The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. I would recommend it. I even have the DVD

The last movie I saw in a theater was The Wrestler, I wanted to see Mickey Rourke's comeback. I didn't think the movie was all that great tho so I would not recommend it.

I am now awaiting for Avatar which will be out on April 22, hopefully it will be On Demand and I think it will be.

We saw Clash of the Titans last week (DH's choice); I figured 'why not, with Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes how bad could it be?'
Bad; I do NOT recommend it.

That was our last movies in the theatre, too. And I'd definitely recommend it.

Now we're waiting for How to Train your Dragon to come to our preferred theatre. It's already at the one that's closest to us, but that's not 3D.

That's the last one I saw also. Before that it was probably a few years ago. We don't go out to the movies much - too many critters to take care of.

It has been so long ago, I don't remember. We buy them at the thrift store and watch them at home.

I haven't seen it.

The last movie I saw in the theater was shes out of my league. It was good, but very predictable. I would recommend it to people who like those types of movies.

Avatar - I recommend it especially if one can see past all the effects to the colonization story. Loved the graphics though!

I only go to the theaters to see movies that I "must" see on the big screen. Otherwise, I wait a couple of months for DVD.
