Farewell

Stinky, one of our cats from back home, recently had to be PTS… apparently he had leukemia. He was our only male cat and we adopted him when, as a kitten, he would keep coming to our house for food as a stray. In the winter he would crawl up and meow at us through the floor vents, so we would let him in for a while. A few years later when we moved, he came with us. I'm pretty sure he was around 13 years old.

I was really sad when my mom messaged me and told me she had bad news and that they were going to have to have him put down. She took pictures of him for me, which was nice since I hadn't seen him since November of last year. I wish I could have been there to see him again.

He left for the RB on April 5th.

Rest in peace, we'll miss you.

He sure is a sweet looking fellow. Now's he's met all the other kitties at the Rainbow Bridge and is happy knowing how loved he was here on Earth.

RIP Stinky!!

Thanks, everyone. I'll bet he's playing with our siamese, Sassy, who was PTS in 2003 (because she had cancer).

I think he thought so, too. We'd always catch him sitting in front of a mirror and looking at himself.
